What types of sessions do you photograph?
I love capturing milestones and celebrations of all sorts! If you have a vision, I love to make it happen, so always reach out and let's chat!
How do I book a portrait session?
You can select your preferred date and time on my booking calendar on my "Book Session" page!
If you don’t see a date available that works for you, please reach out and we can find a date that fits.
No retaining fee required. Your date is not officially saved until my Details Confirmation email is sent to you.
How long will it take to get our images back after our shoot?
I aim to deliver galleries within 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions, unless otherwise noted in your Details Confirmation email.
What's your media and AI policy?
Media Release
I completely understand and respect people's preferences for online privacy! My intention for sharing images is only for purposes of promoting the quality of my work. Your accepting/rejecting of these permissions is saved for archival purposes and continually referenced.
Agreement or disagreement, in part or whole, to the media release for pictures is recorded per session.
With your permission,
1. I will select images to showcase in my portfolio at photosgranted.zenfolio.com.
2a. I will select images to post to my Facebook and Instagram business pages: facebook.com/
3. Images will be used for future promotional and advertising needs. Images are never sold without your permission first.
AI
I try to steer clear of using AI while editing. I will use it on occasion for difficult editing situations and as a last resort, but I do not submit anyone's faces to AI tools. The use of AI should be up to your discretion and not forced upon you or without your knowledge during my editing workflow.
I am also a true-to-life photographer. If we did not photograph on the Swiss Alps, No - I will transplant your family portraits to that location with photoshop magic. :)
What photoshop work do you do?
Small photoshop work (face/body blemish cleanup) is included, as needed.
Any large photoshop work (removing objects/people, changing physical body, changing background etc.) is $20 per image and per my discretion to accept your request. Payment for photoshopped images is due at time of accepting the updated 'proof' images. Once received, I will deliver the updated high-resolutions images.
Why are your prints more expensive than if I had them printed on my own at a 1hr photo center?
My images are color corrected and adjusted to reflect the professional printer I use. When you choose a 1hr photo location, you risk the chance of them altering the color or exposure. I personally have seen them turn my own work with green tint when uploading and it will print exactly like that, if not caught!
A bonus of ordering professional prints from me through your gallery, is that I will make sure it looks perfect and is cropped correctly. The quality photo paper and archival inks are also better quality than a 1hr photo location.
